Auraliya is situated in an acre of tropical garden adorned by frangipani trees and coconut palms with breathtaking views over the property. The villa is located in the middle of the idyllic Palatugaha beach enhanced by a stunning, unspoilt coral lagoon – one of only two villas with direct access to the beach on this exceptional reef-protected stretch of coastline.
Since it offers some of the safest year-round swimming and snorkeling on the South coast, Auraliya is also an especially good choice for families with children.
The house is designed in a courtyard shape featuring a central deep turquoise swimming pool. The floors and walls are light with polished white terrazzo and high ceilings are used extensively. The result is an airy, cool and fresh feel.
Living and accommodation areas are arranged around three large pavilions. The first provides a formal dining area with stunning views over the azure swimming pool in the garden to the glittering Indian Ocean beyond. Seating is flexible – either one large table for everyone or two separate configurations for adults and children. The choice is yours and the staff are more than happy to accommodate your changing requirements.
The middle pavilion provides a central chill-out area which is an ideal location for both socialising and serenity. Invisible by day, at night the fibre optics embedded in the pool mean that the stars twinkle both above and below you
